Yes. All sessions are offered via secure telehealth for clients located in New York.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. 30 minute sessions are also available for individual clients.
Most clients begin weekly. The pace can be adjusted based on your needs and goals.

Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours notice. No-shows are charged the full session fee. Exceptions are made for emergencies only.
Yes. Individual sessions can be helpful. If your partner later joins, a referral may be recommended to maintain neutrality.
