Premarital Counseling

Premarital counseling is offered using the Prepare and Enrich assessment. Couples may choose an assessment only option or a structured package that includes sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes each. Packages are designed to support structured conversations from customized Couple Report findings.

Payment

Payment is processed through IvyPay, a HIPAA compliant payment platform. Credit, debit, HSA, and FSA are accepted.

Clients will receive a text message from IvyPay to enter a card on file. This card will be automatically charged for subsequent sessions.

Intake appointments must be paid in full to confirm the appointment. Payment is due at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled intake session.

Insurance

Insurance coverage varies by therapist. For more information, please complete the contact form and we will follow up with next steps.

Out of Network Benefits

For out of network clients, a superbill will be provided at the end of each month for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. No shows will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions are made for emergencies only.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions will close after 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. Appointments will still end at the originally scheduled end time.

Good Faith Estimate

Under federal law, clients who are not using insurance or who choose to self pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for services.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling or at any time during treatment.
